Reading Every Day

"RED" Project

Objective /

To design an engaging and accessible reading initiative that motivates K–5 students to build daily reading habits while fostering a lifelong love of books. The project aimed to translate the school’s literacy goals into playful, easy-to-understand visuals that encourage participation, celebrate progress, and make reading feel rewarding for young learners.

Concept /

The concept centers on turning daily reading into a fun and achievable challenge through bright visuals, simple structures, and familiar storytelling elements. By incorporating playful graphics, reading trackers, and school-themed characters, the design invites students to actively participate while reinforcing the idea that reading is both an adventure and a habit. The visual language was intentionally friendly and age-appropriate, ensuring that younger students could easily understand and interact with the materials.
